Kevin Van Horn

Kevin Van Horn has been a licensed practicing attorney in the State of Ohio since May of 1985. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Muskingum University in May of 1982. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Capital University Law School in May of 1985.

He is a member of the Muskingum County and Ohio Bar Associations.He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Eastside Community Services and the Muskingum County Respiratory Care Association of Rambo Health Center. He is currently a member of the Muskingum County Center for Seniors Board of Directors.

Attorney Van Horn has extensive experience in Estate Planning ,Probate Court, Real Estate Law and Family Law issues. He has experience in all courts of Muskingum County as well as experience in the Municipal County and Common Pleas Courts in all of the counties adjacent to Muskingum County.

Office conferences are by appointment and Attorney Van Horn does not charge a fee for an initial conference.

    Attorney Van Horn has extensive experience in Probate/Estate Planning, Domestic  Real Estate and Business legal issues. He prepares Last Will and Testaments, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and Trusts. He further participates in representing Executors, Administrators and heirs in regard to decedent's estates.
  • Family Law

    Attorney Van Horn represents clients in Divorce, Dissolution and Custody proceedings. He represents the best interests of children as a guardian ad litem in Muskingum County Juvenile Court.
  • Real Estate Law

    Attorney Van Horn has represented the interests of clients regarding boundary disputes, adverse possession, prescriptive easements and performs title searches for purchasers of real estate. He also prepares agreements and documents regarding real estate matters including deeds.
  • Business Law

    Attorney Van Horn prepares documents for Subchapter S Corporations, Limited Liabilty Companies and further prepares contracts for the buying and selling of businesses.
